I don't think so. The point of the show is not to "wife swap", but to exchange households so that each person can see how the other half lives. Yes, the adoptee will be living with her stepfather, but not as his wife. It's more like an exchange program. The producers are strict about having a separate room for the "new wife". It's not set up to have the new "wives" hook up with the husband. I think "mother swap" would be a more accurate description. The new "wife" does help the husband as another adult in the household. This does not involve any "wifely" duties.
